WRAP MACHINE OPERATOR

We are currently looking for a mechanical inclined Wrap Machine Operator to operate semiautomatic machinery that fabricates screen. This dedicated hard working individual will load raw materials, control settings, make adjustment as required, unload finished screen, and perform quality inspection. Forklift experience an asset. Training will be provided. Some shift work is involved when required.

WELDING LEAD HAND

We are currently seeking an experienced lead hand for our welding department. Candidate requires a minimum of 6 years experience in the welding trade, as well as leadership experience. DOWN HOLE TOOL ASSEMBLER / SHIPPERS HELPER:

Variperm (Canada) Limited is a dynamic aggressive service and supply company involved in the manufacturing and supply of sub-surface tools and related equipment for the Oil & Gas Industry. We are currently looking for a Down Hole Tool Assembler / Shippers Helper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble/Assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finished products.
• Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly. Perform minor adjustments and repairs.
• Check mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for alignment and proper functioning.
• Test, paint equipment, complete associated paperwork. Clean work areas and equipment.
• Incoming dimensional inspection of incoming manufactured down hole tool components from machine shops when problems arise.
• Make recommendations to the engineering team.
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, dollies and pallet lifters with care and attention.
• Participating in a team environment to provide relief to shipping/receiving. Pick up and deliver parts.
• Pack goods and affix labels and shipping instructions.

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined
• An aptitude for working with numbers and detailed paperwork.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment.
• Be physically fit to lift 25 kg, physically demanding.
• Work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, with repetitive tasks.
• Understand safe working practices.
• First Aid and forklift experience.
• Hard working, enthusiastic, able to work unsupervised, dedicated, and self-motivated.
