  • Nickles: Nickle's Energy Group and JuneWarren Publishing, the two largest energy publishers in Canada, publishes newsletters, magazines, websites and directories and provide custom publishing, wall maps and data to the oil and gas industry in Canada.   • Oilweek Magazine: Established in 1948 and headquartered in Calgary, Oilweek is Canada’s oil and gas authority. Oilweek reports the facts and figures, showcases the latest innovations and technologies, and profiles the individuals and companies that characterize Canada’s oil and gas industry.

  • PSAC: The Petroleum Services Association of Canada is the national trade association representing the service, supply and manufacturing sectors within the upstream petroleum industry.

  • Rigzone.com: "Your Gateway to the Oil and Gas Industry" providing you with industry news and information, the Online Oil & Gas Directory, careers, a classifieds marketplace, and more.

  • Government of Alberta, Energy: The Department of Energy manages the development of provincially owned energy and mineral resources by industry and the assessment and collection of non-renewable resource revenues in the form of royalties, freehold mineral taxes, rentals and bonuses. The Department promotes development of Alberta’s energy and mineral resources, recommends and implements energy and mineral related policy, grants rights for exploration and development to industry and establishes and administers fiscal regimes and royalty systems.

  • CGWA: The Canadian Ground Water Association is "The national voice of the ground water industry in Canada." Our goal is to encourage the management and protection of ground water by creating partnerships for public awareness and utilization. We strive to to continually serve as recognized stewards of the ground water resource in Canada.

  • BCGWA: The mission of the British Columbia Ground Water Association is to provide professional and technical leadership in the advancement of the ground water industry and in the protection, the promotion, and the responsible development and use of ground water resources.

  • AWWADA: The Alberta Water Well Drilling Association is a non-profit organization with the following objectives in mind; a) To assist, promote, encourage and support the interest and welfare of the water well industry in all of its phases; b) To foster aid and promote scientific education, standard research, and technique in order to improve methods of well construction and development and advance the science of groundwater in the province of Alberta; c) To promote harmony and co-operation between well contractors and scientific and government agencies relative to the proper development and protection of underground water supplies; d) To encourage co-operation of all interested groups relative to the improvement of drilling and pumping equipment; and e) To encourage, serve, assist, and promote closer co-operation amongst the contractors in their own and the public interest.

  • APEGGA: The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) has regulated the practice of engineering, geology and geophysics in Alberta since 1920. The Association's authority is derived from provincial statute.
